Here are 3 photos taken at Southwest Aerospace Museum at Ft Worth in 1990. Does anybody know what the story is/was on the Bell 212/412 in the first photo?

The second photo is a General Dynamics F-111 used as a stress test bed.

The third photo is of the B-36 that is now at PASM

It was a flight test bird that was timed out. We pulled it out of the fire pit at their flight test facility before it was to be burned. Bell was planning to supply bits and pieces to build up a complete static airframe as componets could be found. During the merger with the other museum, many bad decisions were made about various aircraft within the SAM collection and I belive it was scrapped.
The merger is still a very sore point with me and several others that I know of.
