Corsair in Connecticut

I remember the thread about Corsair in Connecticut being removed from its pole to have some restoration work done to it. I thought the plan was to place it back on its pole when the work was complete but Air Classics is reporting that it is headed to the Connecticut Air & Space Museum. Whats the latest?

As the man in charge of it's removal from the pole, I can tell you absolutely that the plan is to return it to the pole.

The Connecticut Air and Space Center is only performing the restoration work on the air frame. They have the manpower, skills and space locally to do this.

They are revamping the website at this time, however.
