I was talking with my friend George Roberts and he told me he was flying a mustang in the pac and saw some carrier types doing landing practice on a flattop. he formed up with them as tail end charlie and flew the pattern. when he was on final he saw the quizzical looks turn to fear as he came by. He over flew the deck at a safe altitude and got quite a laugh about it....and a dressing down later.

Thanks Ryan, I tried a couple phrases in the search but didn't get anything on the first page and didn't want to go through several hundred pages to find it!!
Hey I guess you got your L-5 pics? It didn't get sent back and you didn't e-mail me, just checking.

Um, no. Better send me a PM with the email address. It might've been caught by my spam filter.
