More B-24s. A vet gave me a stack of photos yesterday...these were some of them. Someday I'll sit down and research the history of all these.

Several of those are photo liberators (f-7s?) and I notice you also slipped an A-20 in there (Hard to Get.)
On one of the libs, you can see where the paint was stripped away from around the artwork. "Patched Up Piece" was also later stripped to bare metal, forcing the artist to touch up the nose art.

One these two you can clearly see that they started out as painted ships.
