Noratlas F-AZVM

Fri Jan 16, 2009 10:30 am

Does anyone know the current status of Nord Noratlas F-AZVM, which, assuming its still airworthy, must be the last example of its type still to fly.
It's based at Marseille I believe.

Wow cool! I didn't know there was one flying.

In fact I didin't know what the type was until I found this picture in my collection.

From Rhein-Main @ 1959.

Nice picture. When this was done, I was just a half year old and live about 3 miles away!

I last watched F-AZVM flying in 2007, nice bird with nice sound.
