Well I got the P-40 moved to Edenvale last night (after all the thundershowers moved through). I'll go fetch the Fox Moth on Friday.
And the B-25 is scheduled to come, and several Harvards. Plus upwards of 200 classic taildraggers, and other vintage machines. And many classic cars.
The forecast is good -- a wind right down the new 4000 ft runway, sunny skies, and a pleasant OAT of 23C. Looks like a perfect day ahead!
If anyone is interested in flying in, there is a suggested Arrival Procedure, on the website at
http://www.classicaircraft.ca/ This is simply a standard circuit joining, to allow for NORDO aircraft,
but the route starts over a town about 5 miles away, so aircraft can have a chance to stretch themselves out. (It should reduce stress in the circuit.)
It's the biggest fly-in in Ontario.
