I'm picking B-34 (or RB-34) Lexingtons, there's one in a Museum (MOTAT) over here.

All my sources point towards this pic being a flight of AAF B-34 Ventura's out of Hondo, Texas. They had a very large Navigation School there.

B-37, also known as the R-37, or RM-37, or R-Model 37 refers to an AAF version of the Lockheed Ventura II Model 37-27-01 modified to USAAF standards and equipped with P&W R-2800-31 engines and AAF instrumentation. Most B-37/R-37 airplanes carried RAF numbers (example-- AJ-183).

If I am not mistaken, we had identified these airplanes as B-34s last year when someone posted an identical photo.

The airplane nearest the camera is B-34 # 41-38165. A photo of the same airplanes can be found on page 308 of THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF AIRCRAFT OF WWII.
