If you didn't know it was JAX, it could also look like NAS Norfolk too. The Seaplane Ramp (now used by Sea Dragons) had a hangar just like that with the control tower on it. The NAVY used that Hangar design everywhere.

What's the story with the Hellcat. Judging by the sludgy waterline along the bottom it doesn't look like it was submerged. Looks like it's been sitting there a while (week or more). Did it belly-in in shallow water?
