Are these Harvard wheels?

Are these Harvard wheels?

Deat all - can anyone ID these wheels for me please? They were sold to me as Mustang, but I don't think this is correct...

B-25 nose wheels with original tires.

T-6 has a drum, Mustang has splines on the inside to register the disc brake rotors.
