This one shouldn't last long.

It's American friendly, but not currently in the US. It's a W.W.II era design. On different occasions, I saw this aircraft on opposite sides of the globe though.

It's no longer fulfilling its first, or its second or even its third role, but its fourth.

The type's easy.

Which aircraft it is gets a point (inc registration, serial etc).

Where I saw it (country or place) a and b gets points.

The aircraft's four roles gets points.

PBY5A Canso located at Nanaimo BC Canada. Serial CF-NBJ, 9815
Fire bomber which was to be converted into a tour plane. It was also a transport carrier as well as a Sub -Hunter and search and rescue bird.

I saw it Nanaimo, next to CF-NBJ, and later photographed it at Duxford, as seen here.

Mark got the rest correct but I'd add 'display flying and warbird' as it's latest career, in this case.
