I think it would be really cool to build a replica of a Keystone bomber, even if it wasn't as close to original as I might like.

Leslie Hunt's book Veteran and Vintage Aircraft back in the '70s mentioned that the then-USAF Museum had components of two Keystone LB-6 or LB-7 bombers (both had serial numbers beginning with 29-) that were to be combined to build one airframe. I'm still hoping someone can finally confirm or deny this. According to Baugher, nine of these aircraft ended up in Hawaii, the last one being surveyed in May of 1935; some of them ended up as strafing targets at Luke Field. Has anyone scouted around Hawaii for remains?

Hey...they had a beautiful Martin MB-2 built from scratch....might as well order a Keystone or maybe a Barling!

Funny how many of these had absolutely no forward visibility built into them ! Flying those would have been kind of special.

I noticed that the Wright Martin M-8 "Pursuit" is probably one of the worst in that regard !
