Most of us know what happened to the airframes at the defunct Florence Air & Missile Museum in SC, but I was wonder what happened to the rusty V-2 they had on display and also the old controller consoles from the Apollo program that were stored in the building?

Anybody know if these things are still with us some where?

Thanks.
Jerry

I've thought the same thing for a long time, Jerry. I'd hope NASA got those consoles and the missile components as well. Wasn't there a Loon on display just outside the main building too?

I believe nasa got the control stuff. When I was at the carolina museum, they had a bunch of early cruise missle stuff, I think a bomarc and a couple of Honest Johns, I believe I remember all that stuff from Florence. But I dont remember a Loon at the museum.
