Mgawa,
A number of Latin American nations received Fairchild M-62A & Bs, PT-19s, PT-23s and PT-26s, some by direct export sales, some via Lend-Lease funding and some via post war allocations of surplus aircraft.

From my notes..
Colombia
The Fuerza Aerea Colombiana received 12 PT-19A-FAs amongst it's Lend-Lease allocations. The AAF records of some of the following aircraft suggest they were originally intended to be assigned to Chile but deleted or corrected as to Colombia in April 1944. They were almost certainly delivered by ferry pilots, as the entries show they were delivered via San Antonio, (to Texas in May 1944) rather than a port of embarkation such as Newark, NJ. or Long Beach, CA.
Also noted on the AAF cards is that the engines were changed to a 200hp model Ranger and that auxiliary fuel tanks were added.

I am not aware of any civil register examples or any current survivors in Colombia. An Internet search might just throw up some photographs

Hope this helps, Tony Broadhurst

Very informative post Tony :P and hope that every other will agree with me. I hear about the fuel tanks but no image to proof this. To regret even on Internet...

To regret this is made on base of extra bad image and errors are possible. Any suggestion or better image?
