F9F in southern Minnesota?

Hello everyone,

I was travelling west through Minnesota on I-90 on Sunday. I glanced over to the north, and between mile markers 185 and 187 there's a fuselage of an F9F in someone's front yard. Didn't get a chance to photograph it, but it was there. Does anyone know about this aircraft?

It belongs to a friend that also owns a P-51, T-6, T-34 and a T-28. There are older posts here on the WIX and maybe some photos too.

Thanks for the info. Much obliged.

I've been past that farm so many times, and this past trip was the first time I saw the F9F. Guess the scenery is better when you're not the driver.
