I have been trying to track down a picture of this and can not find it. There was a pic that John Glenn put in his capsule that said no hand ball playing in this area. It was recreated in both the Right stuff and in from the earth to the moon. I would even settle for a pic of the recreations for these, but would prefer the real men. Anyone ever see this. I asked NSA and they said, Yeah we have it somewhere, but we don't know where.

I've looked through all of my space books and came up dry. It was definitely Shepard's flight on Freedom 7. It is mentioned on page 245 of the hard copy of Light this Candle by Neal Thompson. I could have sworn I have seen a picture of this in the past but maybe I am thinking of the HBO series...

Try getting in touch with Thompson. I met him at Hazy during a book signing and found him to be a real nice guy who did a lot of research before he wrote the book.
