A bit misleading on the description though.

I doubt it's AVG P40s. 23rd FG more likely

Those are P-40M or Ns (without getting to detail orientated) . By looking at the cowls and by the style of the shark's mouth I'd say 75th FS. You have to realize that 9/10 the world's population consider all the flyers in China has the Flying Tigers inc the USAF. Check out the caption on the back of the photo.
