After viewing the first link, the aircraft is most definitely a Yak-52, look at the shape of the tail and landing gear, also note the aircraft in the video lacks the increased dihedral in the outboard section of the wing.

Nope, that's a Nanchang CJ-6. Looks a bit like a Yak, but a different aircraft entirely. The ditched aircraft is certainly a Yak-52.

It's an unfortunate coincidence, but we did loose a Yak 52 here in Australia on the 31st.
