Anybody in contact with the new owner? Steve never did bother to return the Seafury manuals I loaned him before he sold the plane. I'd really like to have them back! He also never bothered to return the phone calls or emails where I asked about them either but that's a different story I suppose.
The same thing happened to my -3350 manuals, so I guess this should teach me to not loan out my stuff anymore.

He had all (I think) his airplanes for sale a while back. Anyone know why and if they have been sold? We did a fun photo flight together at Reno a few years ago.

Anybody know who has the plane now? I still don't have my manuals back! I even tried getting a hold of his old mechanic and that did no good either.
I tried the number I had in Hong Kong for Steve when I was there a couple of weeks ago but no joy there either.
I'll never loan out anything again!

I have always wondered what happened to Mr. Patterson, he used to post on the air race sites also, then poof, he was gone, never to be heard from again.

Interesting that they don't even spell the pilot's last name correctly on the website...

He needed the money to buy the P-61 in Beijing? Maybe he got a spot on the U.S. Olympic Kite Flying Team?
