Thanks, Tim - I figgered you guys would be all over it. Looking forward to the issue. 8)

In my spare time I'm working on a Descriptive Geometry (a technical drawing procedure that allows the artist to work independent of the camera eye) projection of a closeup P-51D landing. I was thinking about a different plane if it went to canvas, but I'm so impressed with HJGB that I think I'll go with that if the comp pans out. It may be a while, but hopefully by next summer for the 8th AF Museum art show.

Hey Tim, don't mean to hi-jack the thread, but I was wondering when the article on Jim Smiths collection will come out. I remember when Nelson spent a few days up there flying for the cameras for you guys and an article, just wondering :)

That Alcoa print under the wing is just absolutely fantastic, as is the sealer on the blade stencil. Little details like that just add that little "extra"! Thanks for documenting it for us, Taigh.

Those are the only shots that I have here on the road. When I get back home I will post more photos of the wonderful details that were at OSH this year. I wish there was more time in the day...
