Short answer, no.
Think of something that's going to cost, say, roughly 10 Mustang rebuilds for something with value of 1/2 - 2 Mustangs depending on finding a buyer.
There's no projects currently available for rebuild to fly; the Alpine ones having moved on. It would, even with one of the extant examples, be essentially a scratchbuilding job.
Pity.
