Hi,
I used to see one at Goetea CA. airport (Santa Barbara) in the 1970s or there abouts.
What has been done with it ?
Thanks,
Don

Owned for many years and restored by Doug Champlin and now owned by Paul Allen.

Yellow 10 was parked out there during that time frame according to Jerry Crandall's book.

It changed hands one or two times, had the original paint and all markings stripped off for yellow zinc chromate and was considered for unlimited air racing by one interested party. This was before it came into the hands of Doug Champlin and undergoing the first restoration in the 1970s.
