Tough situation, I need to keep my shop going while my current guy is off to war. Tony is shipping out September or October for 15 months so that is how long the job will last. There is a posibility I may be able to keep the right person past that period but there is no way I could guarantee that.
Position includes maintenance on 14 aircraft, of which all but 3 currently are flyers, and supervising 3 part time helpers who are in A & P school next door.
Warbird experience helpfull but attitude and cleanliness are more important for the right person.
Some aircraft to work on, P-51, F4U-5, Soko Galeb, T-34, R-44, AT-11, Extra 300L, L-2M, Restoring PT-22 almost done then a Fleet model 9.
Fully equiped shop with numerous awards over the years.
