Dunno. From what I can see, it looks pretty good, but I have NOT gone through this airplane with a fine toothed comb. It has no spar strap and the x-ray stuff hasn't been done. It's just an old airplane that needs some lovin'. Feel free to zap me an e-mail and I can get you some detailed pictures...OR, even better, you could book a flight to Midland (MAF) and I'll let you crawl all over it. :-)

Oh, and the price is negotiable. Just make us an offer and we'll discuss it.

Gary

Who owns the spar strap STC?

I think Taigh Ramey's Vintage Aircraft owns rights to a Beech Spar Strap STC. Check out twinbeech.com or message him here on WIX.

Is this the one? This photo is about three years old.

Nope. That's not it. I'll try to get some pictures posted later.

Here are some pictures of it. Keep in mind that the majority of the time the CAF has had this airplane, it was kept inside. However, the local FBO has figured out just how much money can be made with local hangar rentals, so we were kicked out of the facility this airplane (and a bunch of other stuff) was in. This is why it and it's components are outside now. The airplane actually belongs to the American Airpower Heritage Museum, and I am merely posting it for sale on their behalf. They would love to have an AT-11 here on display, since Midland was once an AT-11 base, but they simply don't have the manpower, money, or now, the facility to house this project for restoration.

Interesting. Has there been any offers or sales through Courtesy on the other aircraft that the CAF is selling?

This airplane is not listed through Courtesy...just me. :)

The C-46 and Mig 17 are still available on Courtesy.
