This image as previous one, B-17, is scan from original. Camouflage is interesting, US exort.

Might be one of the Dutch East Endies A-20's.
If I remember they were not used in combat.

Camouflage is very interesting- like the three colors are on topside. Any idea?

Not sure but my guess would be like the Japanese bombers early in the war Dark Green/brown upper and grey bottom.
