Does something not seem right about this? 2900 TT hours for $90K? Anyone know more about this one? Seems to have a bunch of empty holes in switch panels etc.

Doesn't pass my smell test. :?

you do nedd a high performance / complex aircraft (retract) sign off. you just dont jump in one of those and take off (although it is ALMOST that simple) I think the guages are missing in the rear cockpit..

P: Noise coming from under instrument panel. Sounds like a midget pounding on something with a hammer.

S: Took hammer away from midget.

Well......
It is a 'A' model with a butt ugly paint job.
Look at that one then look at N83AW on Courtesy's site. 8)

Just on a glance this looks like one that might have come from S. America. It' no show winner, but it might be worth $90k. Rather then bid on Ebay, I 'd try to find the owner, get a good inspection from expert like Link Dexter, and then offer a price. I think the A model at less than 800 hp may not require a type rating or such. I certainly would want to get at least a few hours in type before flying solo, especially in one with an unknown history, and above all know the manual, glide speeds, etc. There are plenty of 28 guys around to teach one.
