It's a Beriev Be-12 Chayka (Seagull)NATO codename MAIL. Used initially for ASW and later for search/rescue.

Be careful when you click on that link. When I did it, there was obviously some spam or virus loaded within it, because my web browser went crazy and loaded over 100 windows in a cascading fashion before I could figure out how to stop it. :shock:
