I'll validate it. How about one of a warbird in disguise on the same approach from 2 weeks ago?

N99380 is an ex-USAF T-29B converted to a CV240-27 flying freight from San Juan into the US Virgin Islands and Princess Julianna.

And one of it's sister ship (a former USAF VT-29B) on (very) short approach into San Juan -

That first pic has a nice fast shutter speed on it- either that or the props ain't a moving!

Probably a combination of both. They're probably only turning the props at 1500-2000RPM at that point as you usually don't carry power through the flare on a Convair like you might on some other propliners.
