Aircraft part Identification

I would like to know if anyone out there could ID a wing mounted blast tube/gun barrel tube I acquired several years ago from Australia. It does not have a part number. However, it does have a stamped "51" that is circled, it is 57 and 1/2 inches long, the diameter is comparable to a 50 cal tube. Please let me know if you think you may be able to help and I could send the images along. Take care.
