Fully airworthy... US$300k or more. That's how much David Price paid to have his engine restored to flight condition (10 years ago), so I am sure that's close to what you'd have to pay for a fully airworthy unit.

With regards to other conditions... it really depends upon whether it's restorable or not, and how complete it is. Sorry to be so vague.
