Wow, so many memories of those hangars from going to the Breckenridge airshow back in the 80's!

Have they already started rebuilding the hangars?

Hey, that guy looks mighty familiar... is he one of Texas's Ten Most Wanted? :)

Glad to see that the new Corsair didn't take too much damage. It and the P-38 are probably the two that I haven't seen yet in person (completed) and it would have sucked for both to be totalled.

Lynn, was that a 140 or 170? Anyway it was a nice one. Are you going to bring to Galveston? I was in to big a hurry to get much of a look, jsut concentrating on that last leg into West Houston. And I'll keep Lanc in mind. Last time I was there was when that tornado went trouhg the downtown and killed some folks there. CAF, nice guys had put my plane in the hangar.

Wow, that means I probably met you Bill. I was only 13 then, but I went out to the hangar after the tornadoes hit and we got cleaned up and I do remember a Spitfire being there, just never realized it was yours. :)

Those tornadoes will always stick in my mind not just because I lived through them, but because they happened on my sister's birthday.
