I mentioned last year when this same photo was posted here that my dad is the guy kneeling by the bomb on the right. Photo taken in late June 1943.

It was the 419th Bomb Squadron's 100th mission with the 301st BG, then part of the 12th AF.

I don't have a positive ID on any of the other of these guys in the photo, but I think I know 3 or 4 of them based on other photos my dad had. He never saw this photo (unless while still with the Squadron) before he died four years ago this week. Wish it would have surfaced in his late years!

If anybody can help identify these men please PM me.

Thanks anyway! Maybe someone will see it this time who can enlighten us more. I'll send you some other 419th photos Saturday and my guesses on the other crew members seen here...

Have you tried posting it on ArmyAirForces.com? http://forum.armyairforces.com/

They are a great USAAF resource, with lots of WWII vets...
