Are there any Bf 110s under restoration currently?
I thought i recalled reading, a few years back, that 2 wrecks were being restored into one flying example down in New Zealand. Is this the case?
Perhaps not the best performing aircraft of the war. But i would still love to see one in the air.
Thanks

The two and a bit that were with AFC in NZ were sold years ago to DTM Berlin, the 110F has been restored and on display in the new annex for a few years. The other that was used for spares is in store, whilst there is another project aircraft (110C) available in Italy. Hopefully more of these twins will be recovered some day.

Thanks Dave. Hopefully some "new" airframes will turn up. The Fjords seem to have revealed quite a few treasures here recently.
