F-22's at the HOOD !

Wed Apr 16, 2008 7:25 am

Greetings
This past friday found me doing the usual yard work and over the Buzz of the Weed eater thier was this VERY VERY Loud Roar I looked up to see two F-22's  putting on the fire as they were leaving Robert Gray Airport .
Yesterday at work I had the honor of getting to meet the two pilots that are here at Fort Hood on training . Really sweet birds . 8) They told me that their here on training .
If you have never seen oe of the Birds of Prey you are missing out .
Nice to have them at the Hood any time

Glen, you are right that is one loud bird,Here's a pic of the first production qual.motor that I had the privilege to assemble. When we fist started testing we had a lot of problems in the test cell because this monster liked to throw concrete slabs.
