P47 Thunderbolt Air to Air Pictures

John Shoffner in "Wicked Wabbit" and Neal Melton in "Hun Hunter" flying for the camera of Uwe Glaser.
Both aircraft are based at the Tennessee Museum of Aviation Sevierville TN.

Great pics. I don't think I have ever seen a Jug flown with the canopy open.

Gorgeous photos - I love these two 47s! The museum is really great too, small, but the displays are top-notch.

these kind of air to air pictures require a lot of teamwork, excellent formation flying, good weather and above all an idea for an image.

Those pics are awsome!!!! The only thing i wish i saw more in these great air to air shots is a least one bad guy too!

Flug Werk 190, Hispano 109 i dont care! But somebody should be dogfightin and with smoke on! :wink:
