ID Throttle Please

Folks,
I have this Throttle Quadrant and have been searching to figure out what it was installed in.
I can't find a S/N for the assy.

I figure it is late war or post war. The water injection switch is on top of the throttle.

There is a surpercharger handle outboard of the throttle. It has 2 spring loaded catches to hook on the throttle so that it will move with the throttle.
The prop lever has a catch on the fwd side so that as the throttle is advanced the prop lever will advance as well.

There is a stop mechanism which the throttle will hit. It is also spring loaded and can be moved inboard so the throttle can push past the stop. As Tim Allen would say- More Power.

The throttle that you have is a modified P-47. Everything is correct except the throttle lever itself. It should be a knob instead of the replacement lever.

Didn't the late D's and N'd have water injection?
Maybe they changed the handle for the later production ones. Anybody have a pilots manual or IPB for a late P-47D or N?

Yes, the late D's, M's and N's had a different throttle quadrant. The later quadrant had a knurled handle that was angled about 45 degrees towards the pilot.
