The air plane is inside (Boeing) at Boeing field in Seattle, where the major restoration is happening. A few weeks back I was at the MOF here in Everett which is about 35 miles north, and they are doing the nacelles. Those things are an example of extreme engineering! I will be down at the Seattle plant in the next few weeks if I have time I will shoot some pictures of the 29 and the Boeing B!

Funny you should ask...i'm going to see it on Thursday along with the B-17. I've been hearing some bad news that Boeing is wanting to tear down the hangars these planes are in which means they will be left outside for possibly a couple years.

Not cool, Boeing. Not cool.

I will be there on Monday to meet with there project mgr. and tour the facility. I don't think I'll be able to take photos as it is in a very top secret building. Not because of the resoration aircraft but because of the other stuff in there!! I'll report what I can.

Dave, are you going to Kansas or Washington ? if it is Kansas, that is not the plane that he was asking about.

If it's the Seattle one you can take photos. I was told to make sure to bring it.
