A liitle old lady died locally with no relatives recently. She gave a friend's daughter a few pictures her son took. He was killed in Vietnam. The pics, as you can well see are not from Vietnam.

The first one is of Lt. MacGregor's F-86 (which probably has this little old lady's son on the wing, but who knows??). It seems to be named "Philly" or "Lilly". I'm making a wild guess but this is probably the same Lt. MacGregor as 1LT Donald MacGregor who jetisioned the last F-86 of the Korean War. It appears as though he was still alive as late as Spring 1997. Anyone know him or know of his whereabouts?

This is a great letter from Lt. MacGregor about ejecting from an F-86 at the end of the war.

The second and third pics were too easy to spot, they are of Lt. Jim Thompson's "The Huff". Of course something occurred to me, Anyone have any other pictures of it? I've seen it in drawings, paintings and models, but off hand don't recall seeing a lot, or any pics of it (that should gat a few posted)..........
