The first one is Consolidated Vultee BT-13A "Valiant/Vibrator" (74-3571) (USAAF 41-11174) (N371E) (Painted as USN SNV-1 11174). I have photos of it taken at "BIG IRON" MAY 24, 25 & 26, 1990, Breckenridge, Texas.

The number on the tail ends in 2990. Looking up that serial number gives the following:
Vultee BT-13A
N54679
s/n 2990
Lafayette Foundation
7507 WCR 39
Ft Lupton, Co 80621

Maybe you can contact them and see if it is the same aircraft.
