I can't pick out the camera ports in that picture (should be in the aft fuse), but those are camera sighting marks for a photo recon Mustang.

I this case the marks are for dive bombing.

This is a pretty rare photo. I haven't seen the dive bombing marks on Mustangs before. Anymore?
