A-7 Corsair II at Ft. Worth Meacham Field 1985?!?!

I found this photo in my stuff with the caption "10/85 Vought A-7 Corsair Meacham"

There are two of them in the hanger one in foreign markings.

I saw the 2 seat prototype at Lancaster, TX in the mid 90's...Is this the same aircraft?

Anyone know anything about these?

The camo one in the background is Portuguese. They received 50 ex USN machines from 1981 onwards.
