David Tallichet Memorial Flybys
Tue Jan 01, 2008 7:58 pm
Sorry for taking so long, I don't have a good photo editor I can reduce sizes with quickly and accurately. This was in November. Tallichet's memorial was held at the Orange Hill Restaurant within sight of his home in Orange, CA. Among the many present were Bob Hoover, Carroll Shelby, Carl Scholl, Roscoe Diehl, Austin Wadsworth Barron Hilton, Ed Maloney and his daughter Karen Hinton and at least a thousand Tallichet friends. Food was available from each of Tallichet's restaurants here in Southern California. It was a fantastic and fitting service to the great man. Ill try to get some of the program up here later in the week. Also apologies these are not the best pictures. I have not been taking pictures much lately and forgot to set my camera to the high speed setting. Clay Lacy is flying Tallichet's former Tigercat.
