North American, NA-50/P-64 replica. I'll bet someone on WIX was involved in the conversion from the basic T-6 and can give more detailed info.

That happened at Brunswick NAS air show in Maine back in the late 80's/early 90's. Pete Vandersluis was the pilot and I believe the car wasn't supposed to be there.

This is the colonel's footage. He was sitting on Coke Stewert's TBM. The F-14 in the background was one that ate itself during a supersonic run off of the Carl Vinson. The K car belonged to some moronic JG who wasn't supposed to be on the flight line! Don't know how the footage ended up on youtube.

P: Noise coming from under instrument panel. Sounds like a midget pounding on something with a hammer.

S: Took hammer away from midget.
