From a another page im told this is the news -

"Sadly the news from this afternoon is worse.

The Bournemouth Aviation Museum will close for the last time at end of business on Sunday 16th December.

Personally I think this is an absolute disgrace on the part of the airport owners, MAG, who can happily allow a viewing area with preserved aircraft at Manchester but can't recognise its value at Bournemouth.

To suggest that they've offered an 'alternative' when that 'alternative' is a smaller location at a higher rent in a location well away from the runway (thereby denying the museum of much needed income from those of us who regularly visit because of the superb location) is just a complete joke."
