I'll be heading down there for X-mas. If it's still there, I'll get a few shots of it to post. I got my start in aviation at the Wings of History museum there on the field. I make a point of stopping in and saying hi to the old guys every time I'm in the area. I'm sure someone there will have some info on it.

If it's the one at South County, the information is already available on the linked post. It's the old Tallichet B-25 and it will be permanently based at the airport.

I guess I missed the link you posted on the other thread. The name Ken McBride sounds very familiar to me. I think he owns a few more airplanes in that area. I just can't remember what. I'll still get some photos when I go down that way.

Quite a few interesting projects, a business manufacturing P-51 airframe parts, plus a newly-started Merlin overhaul shop.

Is he at Hollister? Or where? South County dosn't have any shope like that. At least not since I was last there.

The workshop is off-airport, not at South County. The B-25 and P-51 are at the airport.

I thought he might own that Mustang. Probibly why I know the name.
