DeBlanc

Another of my great heroes, Jeff Deblanc has flown west.
He was a great and humble man, more eager to tell
you of his family's exploits in the Civil War than his own
as a Marine ace and HoH recipient. He had a razor sharp
sense of humor and delighted in telling how his life was
worth exactly "one sack of rice". I will long remember
his wide smile and LA accent.

Godspeed Col. DeBlanc! You've been an inspriation!

tough old coot, thus proving why I love cauns :)

I grew up near him- I never met him but he sure was a ballsy guy. Shame that he's gone, great that we had men like him serving!
