Fundraising for New Regional Warbird Hanger

So anyone have experience or good ideas on how to go about getting a strong fundraising system for financing a new hagner for our aircraft? Im talking like $400,000

Any / ALL knowledge / offers accepted. We are a non-profit 501c3 so Im sure that helps with the whole fundraising thing.
