I've been "fast jet" flying with the Air Force a couple of times, and while I contained my innards and also maintained awareness of my surroundings and didn't pass out either time, I know that if either pilot wanted to, he could have EASILY made me lost control of both.
So, based on experience, I feel for this guy:

As an aside, if I recall correctly, the Blue Angels pilot in the video, LT Kevin Davis, is the one who lost his life during a performance earlier this year.

I am sure my stomach would have emptied after only a few of those turns. I feel for that guy. As cool as it would be to go for a ride in an F-18, I am not sure that would have been fun.

I remember reading something a few years ago about some sports writer that got to fly with an F-14 driver. At the end of the flight, his call-sign was "Two-Bags" because he used up two airsick bags during the flight. I'm paraphrasing now, but he said something like "we did rolls, loops, dives, etc. It was fun for about 10 minutes...unfortunately the flight lasted an hour".
Nevertheless, I'd be willing to be sick as a dog afterwards just to be able to say "I did it". Some people have all the luck!
Back when Kalamazoo hosted "High On Kalamazoo", the Blues came fairly frequently. I have a friend who knew the secretary of the airshow organizer. This lady bent over backwards to make sure the accomodations for the Blues were nice, and in return they offered her a flight. She declined...just didn't think it would be fun. Again, some people have all the luck, and some of them don't even realize how lucky they are!
