I'm at work so can't do any research to find out for sure but it looks like a Handley Page bomber. I think that's what it's called. James can probably get you the exact numbers and marks, etc...

But I'm pretty sure it's Handley Page.

It's a Standard/Handley Page 0/400 - take a look at:

The serial matches up though there is no specific info on this aircraft.

From Mark's neat bit of research, it's a US built Handley Page O/400. Not sure if the US used 'NIVO' (a kind of greenish camouflage favoured from W.W.I to W.W.II by the British) - I'd guess more likely an American version of it, but what is interesting is the 1918 style USAAC roundels on it.
