That video is from SF Fleet Week 2006. The plane was up at Santa Rosa Airport during the Summer of 2006 and I took a few pictures of it.
There are a number of Albatross' around with bubble noses, and I think it's just for viewing out of. Next to the Red Bull HU-16 was another HU-16 also with a Glass nose.
This reminded me of a picture I took a few years back, that I have on the SAH website.

This plane has spent a lot of time in the hangar at the TN Museum of Aviation in Sevierville this year. It's been there each time I've visited and was there three weeks ago at the Fall Fly-In. Haven't seen it fly yet though.

I believe John Shoffner (owner of P-47 Wicked Wabbit) owns the plane and Red Bull sponsors it. Like Dave says it's been at the TN Museum of Aviation the last couple of times I was there too.
One of the guys at the museum told me Shoffner landed it on one of the local lakes. A good ole boy who was bass fishing came over to the plane and asked "Do you need me to call 911?"
