A very well written article, about some wonderful people. Thanks for sharing. Incidentally, I am curious about the bearcat undergoing restoration (the one in the jig, not Pardue's XF8F). Anyone know which one this is, or who it's being rebuilt for?

I think you are seeing the F4U-4 in the jig. When I looked at the pics in the article it sits about where the Corsair was last time I was there.

I see it now! :shock: Yes... clearly a Bearcat. Maybe the old Ward "Gulfhawk" but there are a couple other project Bearcats out there so.... that is a wild guess...
